Ordering

Please proofread carefully before submitting your order. You are responsible for the text that you send to me. Please check names, dates, and addresses carefully. Verify all information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. I will print exactly what you specify. Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of my products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor. If product or ink color is critical, please ask about ordering samples before files are sent to print. Paper products may vary slightly in color and weight, from one mill lot to the next. A product ordered today may vary slightly in color or weight from the same product ordered previously. Samples that are ordered and samples that are received might vary slightly.

Payment and Deposits

I accept PayPal and personal checks. A non-refundable deposit must be paid before any design work begins. Payment of your final balance must be received before your order is printed. Please note that personal checks must clear also before your order is printed. A returned check fee of $35.00 will be assessed for all checks returned to your bank.

Process - Custom Design

1. Let's chat! We can correspond via phone, email, or if you are local, a meeting.

2. Bridal Questionnaire and Deposit: You will fill out the Bridal Questionnaire with all of the specific details of your wedding including descriptions, photos, themes, and colors. When possible, please provide images of colors and details. At the time of questionnaire submission, you must also submit a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

3. Concepting; Once I receive your questionnaire, I will begin working on initial concepts. You will receive your initial concepts within 10 business days of questionnaire submission.

4. Edits: You may request any changes or edits to the designs. Like the font from one, but prefer the design elements on another? No problem. That is what I am here for: to create the perfect stationery set for you! Please be very clear with your communications. Please note, this part of the process may involve more than one step.

5. Final Round: After all edits are made, you will be sent the final round to review. Please review very carefully. After you sign off on the design and text, Dream Tree Design is not responsible for any mistakes.

6. To Print: Your invitations are off to print! Please allow 7-10 business excluding holidays for printing and packaging and 4-5 business days excluding holidays for shipping.

7. In Your Hands: Your beautiful custom invitations arrive!

8. Anything Else? Now that you have the perfect invitations, why shouldn't the rest of your paper products match? Dream Tree Design can create menus, programs, table numbers, place cards and so much more featuring your custom design. Please see Accessories for a more comprehensive list of products.

Process - Treehouse Collection

1. Choose a Design: Look over the Treehouse Collection and decide which design suites you best. Treehouse Collections designs will be customized to your wording and colors.

2. Deposit: Purchase the listing. The listing prince is your non-refundable deposit. At this time, please send me an Etsy message with the wording for your invitations, details card, and RSVP. Please also submit your colors (images are preferred).

3. Digital Proofs: You will receive your digital proofs within 2-3 business days of deposit and wording submission. Please review very carefully. After you sign off on the design and text, Dream Tree Design is not responsible for any mistakes.

4. To Print: Your invitations are off to print! Please allow 7-10 business days for printing and packaging and 4-5 business days for shipping.

5. In Your Hands: Your beautiful invitations arrive!

Timeline

Treehouse Collection: 2-3 business days is required to complete first round proofs. Please note that changes and additional requests after you receive your proofs will take additional time. Please allow 7-10 business days excluding holidays for printing and packaging and 4-5 business days excluding holidays for shipping.

Custom Design: After I receive your deposit and Bridal Questionnaire, please allow at least 10 business days excluding holidays to receive your first round concepts. Please note that changes and additional requests after you receive your proofs will take additional time. Please allow 7-15 business days excluding holidays for printing and packaging and 4-5 business days excluding holidays for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All timelines are based on timely responses from you! I am not responsible for additional time added to the process if you are not prompt with your responses and reviews of the product. If you are not in a rush, then this is not an issue and you can take as much time as you need. However, if you need your products by a certain date, I need you to work with me to achieve that.

Rush orders are available for a fee.

Shipping

I ship your order via reputable carriers only, including FedEx, UPS and the USPS. Standard delivery generally requires several days for your order to reach its destination. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Shipping and Handling (S&H) will be added to the total of your order. Shipment to multiple addresses is available for an added fee, in addition to the S&H. Multiple shipments require additional handling and packaging. Special rates apply to shipments outside the continental U.S. and for oversized packages.

Changes or Cancellations

Due to the nature of my products, changes and/or cancellations cannot be made once your order begins printing. I ask that you review your text submissions and digital proofs very carefully before giving final approval.
